General Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from relevant university departments,
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills,
• Preferably with after sales experience at least 5 years in the field of Automobile industry,
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills,
• Advanced proficiency in English (written and spoken),
• Proficient in MS Office applications,
• Willingness and ability to travel,

Job Description

• Conduct regular visits to automobile dealers to perform evaluations and follow-ups,
• Prepare and present after-sales reports and presentations,
• Manage after-sales dealer operations and develop dealer improvement plans,
• Monitor dealer risks and financial status,
• Facilitate communication between dealers and HTR,
• Ensure dealer compliance with HTR aftersales standards,
• Analyze and monitor dealership KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
