✨ What You’ll Be Rocking

• Support the Compliance Department in AML/CFT, KYC, sanctions, and other compliance processes.
• Monitor MASAK, the Central Bank of the Republic of Türkiye (CBRT), and relevant national and international regulations, as well as industry developments; contribute to research and information-sharing activities.
• Support customer onboarding, Know Your Customer (KYC), and customer risk assessment processes.
• Contribute to control, analysis, and reporting activities carried out as part of customer and transaction monitoring processes.
• Assist in the preparation and follow-up of training and awareness initiatives aimed at preventing money laundering and terrorist financing.
• Contribute to compliance checks and risk assessment activities related to business partners, suppliers, and other third parties.
• Collaborate with the team on projects aimed at digitalizing, automating, and improving compliance processes.
• Support the Compliance Department's periodic reporting, documentation, and follow-up activities.

🎯 The Perfect Fit

• Currently a third- or fourth-year university student or a graduate, preferably in Economics, Business Administration, or related fields, Statistics, Management Information Systems, Software Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
• Available to participate in a long-term internship program.
• Interested in financial technologies, payment services, AML/KYC, and compliance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong research, analytical, and reporting skills.
• Detail-oriented, with strong follow-up and documentation skills.
• Effective communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Eager to learn, proactive, and willing to take responsibility.
• Preferably proficient in English at a level sufficient to follow and understand English-language resources.
