We are currently seeking a Senior Store Manager on behalf of our client, a leading global brand in the retail industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the achievement of store sales, profitability, and operational targets.
• Manage store budgets, KPI performance, and daily operations effectively.
• Lead, motivate, and develop large-scale store teams to maximize performance.
• Provide leadership and guidance to management teams within the store.
• Ensure an exceptional customer experience in line with brand standards.
• Support recruitment, performance management, and employee development processes.
• Oversee inventory management, visual merchandising, and operational excellence.
• Develop and implement action plans aligned with company objectives.
• Represent the brand values and ensure best-in-class store execution at all times.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of Store Manager experience within the retail sector.
• Proven experience managing large-scale retail operations.
• Strong track record in leading large teams and developing managers.
• Experience in KPI management, budgeting, and commercial performance analysis.
• Previous experience in premium or luxury retail environments.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
• Customer-focused and results-driven mindset.
• English proficiency is preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment.
