Junior Sales Representative (Türkiye Market)

Elecontro® is a global leader in intelligent control solutions for home appliances. We are expanding rapidly in Türkiye and seeking high-potential young talent—specifically fresh graduates and early-career candidates—to join our international team.

Role Focus:

This is an entry-level technical sales role designed for ambitious young professionals. You will focus on market research, client outreach, B2B sales development in Türkiye, and daily technical/business coordination with our global headquarters in China.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Fresh university graduates (Class of 2024–2026) or candidates with 0–2 years of experience. (Senior managers need not apply for this entry-level role).
• Majors in Electronic Information, Computer Science, Automation, Electrical Engineering, or related fields who are passionate about pursuing a career in B2B sales & business development.
• High energy, quick learner, proactive, with strong interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in Turkish and English is required; Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) is strongly preferred.
